More about us
Yes, absolutely! Our commitment is to get a full report to you as quickly as possible and the same day if possible but definitely within 24 Hrs.
If possible and safe we like to walk on every roof to closely see the condition. However that depends on many factors such as safe access, height, weather and slope. Where we are unable to climb up there we use our high resolution drone photography to examine every inch.
Absolutely! We can use our camera system to visually see the condition of the sewer line all the way to the street sewer or the septic tank. This will check for damage and blockages due to pipe collapse or tree roots or many other factors and provide Peace of Mind.
We use our thermal cameras in every room to look for signatures of moisture ingress around windows, doors and wall areas. While this might not catch every single leak it provides a very good indication of the situation. These scans are included in the report
